1. General Information
By accessing and using this website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you (the client) and us (Strip Out Pros), and to ensure clarity in our service offerings.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was originally discussed.
3. Booking & Deposit Policy
To confirm a booking, a 25% deposit of the total quoted price must be paid upfront. This deposit secures your place in our schedule and covers pre-job planning.

No work will be booked or carried out until this deposit is received.

The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the job 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future booking (minus any admin or preparation costs).

If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start, the 25% deposit will not be refunded.
This policy is in place to respect our team’s scheduling and avoid lost work opportunities.
5. Site Access & Safety
Clients must ensure that we have safe and reasonable access to the job site on the scheduled date. Any delays caused by lack of access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
6. Rubbish & Waste Removal
Where included in the scope of work, all rubbish and debris will be removed responsibly in line with environmental and council regulations. If waste removal is not part of your quote, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
7. Insurance & Liability
Strip Out Pros is fully insured with public liability cover. While we take the utmost care in our work, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing structural damage,

Issues outside the agreed scope of work,

Delays caused by third parties.
