Across the metro.
Around your project.
Working with builders, property managers, business owners and homeowners across Perth and surrounding areas.
Where we workHow much does a strip-out in Perth cost?
The price depends on the area, materials, access, waste volume and working hours. Flooring layers, ceiling height and service requirements can also affect the scope. Send photos or drawings and Lucas can review what is needed for a written quote.
What should I send for a quote?
Send the address or suburb, photos or demolition drawings, approximate area, the items to remove and your preferred timing. For commercial premises, include the landlord’s make-good schedule and building-access requirements if available.
Are you insured?
Strip Out Pros WA holds $20 million public liability cover and workers compensation insurance. Current insurance documents can be provided for your project.
Do you remove structural walls or asbestos?
Our standard service covers non-structural strip-outs. Structural demolition, engineering and propping are excluded. Asbestos or other hazardous materials require separate assessment and appropriately qualified contractors.
Do you work after hours or on weekends?
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm. After-hours and weekend work can be discussed and quoted separately, subject to availability and site requirements.
Is a site visit free?
A call-out fee may apply to site visits. Any applicable fee is disclosed before the appointment is confirmed. You can start by emailing photos and drawings.
