Internal demolition is often selective. One wall comes out while another stays; an existing floor, doorway or adjoining tenancy needs protection. We work from the agreed drawings and scope, and discuss retained finishes and access before starting.
Our focus is the removal of non-structural internal elements. Wall types, concealed services and the condition of surrounding materials affect the method and price. If structural elements or suspected hazardous materials are identified, those items need assessment before removal can proceed.

Your quote will identify the items included for your project. Depending on the scope, these may cover:
- Non-load-bearing partitions identified for removal
- Gyprock linings, suspended ceilings and agreed bulkheads
- Wall and floor tiles within the demolition scope
- Internal fixtures, cabinets and built-in joinery
- Agreed protection, debris handling and waste removal
Help us quote accurately
Provide marked-up drawings showing the demolition extent and retained areas. Tell us whether the building will be occupied, what services are present and whether hazardous-material information is available.
Structural demolition, load-bearing walls, engineering, propping and asbestos removal are not part of a standard internal strip-out. Any such work requires separate assessment and appropriately qualified contractors.
Common questions
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
Structural wall removal is outside our standard non-structural strip-out scope. Engineering, approvals, temporary support and the appropriate contractor must be arranged before that work is considered.
How do you deal with dust and noise?
We plan the work around the materials, access and retained areas, with site-appropriate controls. Demolition still produces noise and dust, so occupied areas and building restrictions need to be discussed beforehand.
What happens if asbestos is suspected?
Work in the affected area needs to stop until the material is assessed and the area is made safe. Testing and specialist removal are separate from a standard strip-out quote.
