For shops, showrooms and commercial premises, we price the strip-out around the actual work area, materials, access and waste arrangements. If the premises are in a shopping centre or occupied building, send through the centre requirements and approved working hours with your enquiry.
What we can include
Your quote will identify the items included for your project. Depending on the scope, these may cover:
- Shop counters, shelving, joinery and display fittings
- Non-structural partitions and internal fit-out elements
- Ceiling tiles, grids and bulkheads where specified
- Carpet, vinyl and floor finishes identified in the scope
- Loading, removal and disposal of agreed demolition waste
Help us quote accurately
Send the demolition plan, tenancy area, address, handover date and any landlord or centre guidelines. Details about loading docks, lift access and skip placement help us make the quote more accurate.
Structural work, service disconnections, hazardous materials and reinstatement are excluded unless separately assessed and specifically included in writing. Licensed trades must complete relevant isolations before removal.

Can you work in a shopping centre?
We can quote retail strip-outs subject to the centre’s access, permit and working-hour requirements. Share the fit-out guidelines before quoting so we can allow for them.
Does a strip-out include make-good?
Only the make-good items listed in the written scope are included. Send the landlord’s requirements so we can distinguish removal work from any required repairs or reinstatement.
Can the work be completed after hours?
After-hours or weekend work can be discussed and priced separately. It needs to be agreed before the works are booked.
